Ula 学 — Delete Your Data
This page explains how to have your data deleted from Ula (Universal Language App) by Legendary Bytes. Ula has no accounts — your data is tied only to a random device identifier created on your device.
How to request deletion
- In the app: open Settings (gear icon, top right) and tap Delete my data. Deletion is immediate.
- By email: write to support@ulaapp.io from any address and we will process the request within 30 days. Mention roughly when you used the app so we can locate the records.
What is deleted
- The study topics and questions you typed
- Your language settings history and device record (platform, app version)
- Subscription entitlement records held by us (an active subscription can always be re-linked afterwards via "Restore purchases")
What is kept, and why
- Anonymous usage counters (number and size of requests) tied to the random device identifier, retained for free-tier metering and abuse prevention. After deletion they contain no content you created and cannot be linked to you.
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google — those belong to your Apple/Google account and are governed by their policies; we cannot delete them for you.
