These terms are an agreement between you and Legendary Bytes ("we") for use of the Ula (Universal Language App) app. By using the app you accept them.
Ula generates language-study material with AI. Generated content can be wrong — translations, readings, and etymologies may contain mistakes and are provided for study purposes without warranty of accuracy.
The free tier includes a limited number of sentence batches ("rolls") per day, plus a one-time welcome allowance. Limits are enforced per device and may change. Automated, scripted, or otherwise abusive use of the service is prohibited and may be blocked.
Ula Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes the daily roll limits, subject to a fair-use ceiling that ordinary personal study will not reach. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their policies.
Don't use the app to generate unlawful content, don't attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication, and don't reverse-engineer the service.
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this page.
